FAIR

The club had a pellet booth in the Wildlife Building. The club had air rifles and swinging targets for people to shoot at.  Jeff Gillespie reported that the booth at the fair went well.  The video went well and many people were interested.  We gave out all the business cards that were on hand.

SIDING

Vance Hendricks reported on attempts to update prior bids.  Lee Rossen has bid a price for the metal siding; Jeff Gillespie submitted a bid for labor for the new siding and a price for the materials.  Jeff’s bid included framing in a new door for future use. The project was tabled until next month.

GUTTERS

Dan Freeman reported on the gutters.  Completed except Steve needs to finish hanging the fascia boards.

GRANTS

Sue Carmick has completed applications for grants.  One is $5,000 Range Improvement Grant.  We should hear in October whether the club will receive the grant.  If the club receives the grant it will be used to pay part of the cost of the siding.
