SPECIAL THANKS A special thanks to all who do the work it takes to keep the range operating. BULLS EYE LEAGUE Bullseye league will start February 4th and continue every Thursday night for 11 weeks. BOWLING PIN SHOOT Chris Baum has agreed to do the Bowling Pin Shoot. Dates have not been set yet. PAINTING PARTY The unpainted part of the new gutters needs to be painted and they need to be installed. RANGE SAFETY OFFICER TRAINING A Range Safety Officer training course was held. Ten people attended the class. CITY PLANNINC COMMISSION The owner of Thorbecks, Dale Pullin generated an idea to use the available dollars, if
the HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS At the Rifle Team meeting the high school teams voted to incorporate. Steve needs a Check for NW Evergreen for $60.00 and to HEATERS The heater in the classroom had a problem, it was discovered a bird had gotten into the top. Brad will fix it so that can’t happen again. The thermostat in the range was moved off the heater area so the room will heat better. PATCHES AND T SHIRTS · Patches are $5.00 · T Shirts are $20.00 · Hats $10.00 NRA GRANTS Four NRA grants applications have been submitted. These include equipment, etc. for the high school teams, electrical updates for the range, and a top of the line rifle FUEL TANKS The oil in the green oil tank is full. The white tank is nearly empty. Brad will handle the transfer of the oil. MISCELLANEOUS Steve will contact carpet companies to obtain new carpet for the shooting stands in the range. Louie Cotte requested the use of the range for a church group in late October. OK, but must follow policy. (This was still pending at the November 3rd Board meeting).
