PROTECTING OUR RANGE

If you see someone with the wrong weapons, (weapons not allowed on our range) note the time, report it to a board member, get their license plate number if possible, call the police if necessary.

GRANTS

We received two grants from Friends of NRA.

One for $7,000 to help pay for the tinning of the side of the building, and one for $4,042 to purchase items needed for the Centralia Rifle Team.  Each rifle team can apply for a grant each year.

SIDING and ROOF

We have a quote of $250.00 for the gutters that expires 11/1/09, we will coordinate the gutters with the person doing the tinning.  Jamie will update the bids on the siding.  When getting the bids updated include having a door put in.  Jamie will also check the pricing for creating an angle for the flat section of the roof and tinning for that section of the roof.

HEATERS

Jamie will talk to American Heating in Rochester who installed the new furnaces.  The thermostats are too close together for the heaters to work most effectively.  Also the heaters need to have the filters replaced.

BOWLING PIN SHOOT

We are still working towards having a bowling pin shoot.  Shirley has volunteered to take the money and keep the score grid.  Jamie Kaiser agreed to repair the tables.  We will bring the bowling pin shoot up again at the June meeting.

LIGHTS

Calvin was asked to get PSE to check out the lighting system.  Discussing was held on needing a cost benefit analysis on out lights versus a new type of lighting.  We need a knowledgeable person to evaluate the overall lighting system.  We will discuss again at the June meeting.
