CIVIL AIR PATROL BME

Lt. Divett discussed the Civil Air Patrol and clarified certain issues.  The capacity is limited to 40 participants.  They may be interested in holding the event twice a year in May and in October.  They will supply their own ammunition this time because the received a supply of donated ammunition.  They also have a supply of safety glasses and ear plugs, we won’t need to provide them.  Lee Hays has recently cleaned the rifles so they won’t need to be cleaned prior to the BME.  Bob Fahnestock will run the range.  The BME will be held June 13, 14, 15.  An NRA basic rifle release of liability letter was sent to the Civil Air Patrol to be signed as part of the agreement. Rick Carter will call Bill Tibbits to ensure the letter is received.
